🧾 Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at FCKWW3.
All our products are made-to-order through the Printful platform. This means each item is produced specifically for you, and because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
✅ Refunds or Replacements Are Available If:
- The product arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing or printing defect
- You receive the wrong item (size, color, or design doesn't match your order)
If any of the above apply, please contact us at info@fckww3.com within 30 days of delivery. Make sure to include:
- Your order number
- A photo clearly showing the issue
Once we review your case, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund, at no extra cost to you.
❌ We Cannot Accept Returns or Refunds For:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Unclaimed shipments (reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
- Items that have been worn, used, or washed
🇪🇺 EU Consumer Notice:
Under EU consumer law, customers normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
However, this does not apply to made-to-order products, such as those sold on FCKWW3, which are custom-produced individually per request.
